By visiting the website at yuccavalleyfence.com or contacting Premier Yucca Valley Fence to request services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who uses our website or engages our company for fence installation, repair, or related services.
Premier Yucca Valley Fence provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services in Yucca Valley, CA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to wood fence installation, vinyl fence installation, chain link fence installation, aluminum fence installation, ornamental iron fence installation, privacy fence installation, pool fence installation, automatic gate installation, and fence repair and replacement.
All services are subject to availability, project scope review, and a written estimate. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our service area or scope of work.
All written estimates provided by Premier Yucca Valley Fence are based on information gathered during an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit, or if material costs increase significantly before the project begins.
Estimates provided verbally or based on photos or descriptions without an on-site visit are subject to revision after a property walkthrough. No work will begin without a signed written agreement and, where required, a deposit.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the materials already ordered or labor already committed for your project.
Premier Yucca Valley Fence reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary and will work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms are outlined in your written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, and other payment methods as specified in your agreement.
If payment is not received within the timeframe specified in your agreement, Premier Yucca Valley Fence reserves the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in collecting overdue payment, including reasonable attorney fees.
Many fence and gate projects in CA require permits from local authorities before work begins. Premier Yucca Valley Fence will inform you of any permit requirements applicable to your project and can assist with the permit application process. However, the customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work starts, and for compliance with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions that apply to the property.

Premier Yucca Valley Fence is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other buried structures that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Premier Yucca Valley Fence stands behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your written agreement. In general, we address any defects in our installation that result from errors in our workmanship, provided the fence has been properly maintained and has not been damaged by weather events, third parties, or misuse.
Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and aging of materials, damage caused by acts of nature including high winds, flooding, or fire, or issues resulting from changes made to the fence after installation by anyone other than Premier Yucca Valley Fence.
Materials are subject to the manufacturer warranties where applicable. We do not make any warranty claims beyond those explicitly stated in your project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Yucca Valley Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of property value, or any other losses not directly caused by our workmanship.
In all cases, our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises between you and Premier Yucca Valley Fence regarding services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. Most concerns can be addressed quickly and informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court located in CA.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the services provided by Premier Yucca Valley Fence shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.
